PAD REQUEST
For your convenience, we offer Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) transactions which allow us to automatically withdraw monthly condominium fees on the first business day of each month. If you would like to setup this payment option, complete the request form below. Please note that submissions must be received at least 10 days before the end of the current month to take effect for the following month’s condominium fees.
